Our tour guide will get you and take you to one of the best “Eel Soup” restaurants in Vinh city. This trip is designed to get off the beaten tracks like no Other in Annam, Vietnam

On the way to Quy Chau, you will visit a local market. Here, you can have chance to experience how the locals purchase and bargain and see the fresh food. Visit Dong Du village with coffe farms and rubber trees farms.
9:30 AM-12:00 PM
It might take you 5 hours to arrive in Quy Chau District. You will enjoy the special lunch prepared by the locals, especially, the unique favour of Thai Ethnic group. Then, you take a rest at the homestay
2:00 PM-5:00 PM
This time is ideal time to explore the special rice field with the special “waterwheels” of Thai Ethnic People, enjoy the fresh air… Besides, you can have chance to catch fishes by yourselves with net, cook the traditional dishes or rice pounding with the locals.

The stilt-houses and culture of the Thai ethnic villages in Vietnam are very unique. We will have a chance to experience their daily life and enjoy the real organic and tasty food dishes.
Day 02: Quy Chau - Thai Hoa - Dong Du Village or Vinh city

The on-site breakfast will offer local chicken soup. Then, we start exploring one of the highlights of the trip – Hoa Tien Brocading

Located in the west of Nghe An, Quy Chau is inhabited by Thai ethnic people whose tradition is based in rice cultivation and the crafts of textiles and woodwork. Brocade weaving of Thai’s people in Hoa Tien Traditional Village, Quy Chau district has been existed for such a long time. The brocade products were originally made for the family needs and to use as dowry when girl comes to her husband’s house. Thai women in Hoa Tien are adept with silk and cotton. Especially, the distinguish natural dyeing technique from herb, flower, leaf, bark,… has made Hoa Tien brocade ranked as high value added products.

Go back to Vinh, you will have dinner with street food. Then, back to the hotel, our tour guide says good bye and see you again in Nghe An. End of our service.
