02 Days - Discover Cuc Phuong National Park

Located 160km south of Hanoi, Cuc Phuong National Park is home to rare and endangered mammals including leopards, langurs, birds and butterflies. The park is also well known for its Endangered Primate Rescue Center that is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation of the endangered primates in Vietnam.

Day 01: Hanoi – Cuc Phuong ( Lunch and Dinner included)
A morning drive takes you to Cuc Phuong, the oldest National Park in Vietnam. Stop and visit the renowned Endangered Primate Rescue Centre to see some of the rarest apes and monkeys in the world and learn about the conservation efforts to save them. Then you’ll visit the Cave of Prehistoric Man. Get your bicycle and ride to the centre of National Park.

In the afternoon, you’ll wander through a subtropical forest, rich in flora and fauna with thousand-year-old trees draped in vines. Spending the night in the guesthouse right at the park.

Day 02:Cuc Phuong – Hoa Lu Tam Coc - Hanoi ( breakfast and lunch included)
Awake to the singing of animals in the Park. After breakfast, you'll depart to Hoa Lu for a guided visit to the 1000 year old temples of the Le and Dinh dynasties. You'll then cycle for an hour (12km) on a quiet, picturesque road passing through villages, lush rice fields and rocky outcrops to our final destination of Tam Coc where we stop for lunch. After lunch, we embark on a sampan boat journey to the heart of the "Inland Ha Long Bay". Take in the beauty of the towering karst formations as you wind along their bases and are rowed into one of the many caves carved from the limestone. We leave Tam Coc around 3.00pm and drive back to Hanoi to conclude our tour.
